§ 99.110 NOTIFICATION AS TO PROPER NUMBER; PLACEMENT OF NUMBERS ON BUILDINGS.
   Every owner of a building on any street in the city shall be notified of the proper number of such building by the City Engineer or the Board of Public Works, and the owner shall place the same in a conspicuous place on the front of such buildings.
