§ 99.094 UNNECESSARY DELAY IN MOVING, OCCUPYING STREET FOR MORE THAN SIX DAYS.

It shall be unlawful for any person to make any unnecessary stoppage or delay upon the streets when moving any building, or to occupy any street more than six days, exclusive of Sunday, in moving from the old to the new location.
