Upon receipt of such permit, the permittee shall be authorized to proceed with the work covered by it, subject to the conditions imposed by the Board of Public Works and these rules. If the application is approved with conditions, or special provisions, all of the signatories to the original application shall indicate their consent to the conditions or special provisions in writing.
