§ 99.070 APPLICATIONS FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSE.

All applications for commercial purposes shall be signed by a registered professional engineer, or registered land surveyor, attesting that the applications as proposed, conform with all city rules and standards, except as he shall note in such attestation.
