§ 98.35 SEPARATING TRAINS.
   It shall be unlawful for any engineer, conductor or other person to leave any locomotive or car standing on any street or sidewalk within the limit of the city longer than five minutes at any one time without separating the train and allowing vehicles and pedestrians to cross the railroad track.
