§ 98.06 REMOVAL OF ANIMALS KILLED BY LOCOMOTIVE OR CARS.

Whenever any animal shall have been killed by any locomotive or car within the limits of the city, it shall be the duty of the yardmaster of any railroad upon which such animal may have been killed to remove the animal within 12 hours thereafter.
