§ 98.03 PLACING OBSTRUCTIONS; LOADING MATERIALS IN STREETS.

It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit or place in the street any lumber or other material, nor shall any such person load any car from the street with any material deposited thereon; nor shall he erect or maintain any switch house or any building upon any street within the city limits.
