The city may dispose of impounded dockless vehicles that are not redeemed within 30 days in any of the following ways:
(A) Public auction or sale.
(B) Donation to a suitable nonprofit organization for charitable, educational or other charitable purposes.
(C) Scrapping a dockless vehicle that cannot be disposed of through any other reasonable means.
