If the city finds on any right-of-way, such as a sidewalk, alley, street, highway or other public place within the city, any dockless vehicle belonging to an operator who is in violation of this section, the city may have the dockless vehicle immediately removed to a suitable place of impoundment. If the operator can be identified, a notice informing the operator of the location of the dockless vehicle and the procedure for reclaiming the dockless vehicle shall be sent to the operator's corporate headquarters within 24 hours after removal.
