§ 94.50 FIRE WATCH.

Fort Wayne Fire Department personnel shall perform fire watch when it is ordered by the Fire Chief and required by Indiana Fire Code. The entity and/or business will be billed for fire watch services at the hourly rate of the city employee(s) performing fire watch duties, including overtime rates in the amount of one and one half of the hourly rate, if applicable.
