When signs are erected in each block pursuant hereto giving notice thereof, no vehicle shall be stopped, standing or parked between the hours specified in Schedule 9, maintained on file in the office of the Traffic Engineer, of any day except Sundays and Holidays within the district or upon any of the streets described in Schedule 9.
