§ 72.24 PARKING FOR CERTAIN PURPOSES PROHIBITED.
   No vehicle shall stop, stand, or park upon any roadway for the principal purpose of:
   (A)   Displaying such vehicle for sale.
   (B)   Service and/or repairing such vehicle, except for repairs necessitated by an 15 emergency.
