§ 41.05 FEE FOR USE OF STREET DEPARTMENT SCALE.
   (A)   In accordance with standards set by the state, the City Street Department operates a scale used to weigh trucks and other vehicles.
   (B)   The fee for use of the Street Department scale is set at $5 per single weigh-in.
