§ 41.04 CHARGE FOR INFORMATION FROM 911 DISPATCH TAPES.

Pursuant to IC 5-14-3-8 the City Communications Department shall collect the following fees for the collection, reproduction and dissemination of information from 911 dispatch tapes:

(A) Copy of dispatch tape (1.5 hours prep time/tape), $25.

(B) Additional time (.5 increments), $20 per hour.
