§ 41.01 FIRE DEPARTMENT MAY CHARGE FOR FIRE REPORTS AND PHOTOGRAPHS.

   (A)   Pursuant to IC 5-14-3-8, the City Fire Department shall charge the following fees for fire reports and photographs:

      (1)   Reports:

         (a)   First page, $5.

         (b)   Each additional page to a maximum of $20 per each report, $2.

      (2)   Photographs, 2 each.

   (B)   The fees charged by the City Fire Department for reports and photographs shall be deposited in the Fire Fund.
