§ 37.03 CHARGES FOR CRIMINAL HISTORY CHECKS, FINGERPRINTS AND POLICE REPORTS.
   (A)   Criminal history check. Pursuant to IC 5-2-5-7, the City Police Department shall collect a $3 fee for the criminal history checks.
   (B)   Fingerprints and police reports. Pursuant to IC 5-14-3-8, the City Police Department shall charge the following fees for:
      (1)   Fingerprints, $3.
      (2)   Police reports, $3.
   (C)   The fees charged by the City Police Department for criminal history checks, fingerprints and police reports shall be deposited in the Local Law Enforcement Continuing Education Fund.
