§ 37.02 CHARGES FOR ACCIDENT REPORTS.

(A) The fee the City Police Department may charge for accident reports made available to the public pursuant to IC 9-26-2-3 is fixed at $5 for each report.

(B) Pursuant to state law, fees collected for vehicle accident reports shall be deposited in the Local Law Enforcement Continuing Education Fund.
