§ 156.02 APPLICATION OF PROVISIONS.

(A) All portable pools of less than 24 inches in depth of water or less than 250 square feet of top water surface area shall be exempt from the requirements of this chapter; provided, that a responsible person shall be in attendance when the pool is in use. At all other times the pool shall be empty of water or adequately protected to prevent accidental entry. ('74 Code, § 27-12)

(B) Pools existing as of May 10, 1961, shall comply with §§ 156.02(A), 156.03, 156.07, 156.09 through 156.11, 156.25. ('74 Code, § 27-13)
