§ 159.139 SPACE LIMITATIONS.
   The following space limitations shall apply to structures and buildings associated with each principal permitted use and each accessory use, except fences and signs:
   (A)   Building height limit. No building shall exceed two and one-half stories, or 35 feet in height;
   (B)   Required lot area. Not less than 40,000 square feet and at least one continuous lot dimension of 200 feet;
   (C)   Percentage of lot coverage. All buildings, including accessory buildings, shall not cover more than 25% of the area of the lot; and
   (D)   Yards required. Each lot shall have front, side and rear yards not less than the depths or widths following:
      (1)   Front yard depth: 35 feet;
      (2)   Rear yard depth: 50 feet; and
      (3)   Side yard width: 15 feet on each side of the building.
