§ 159.999 PENALTY.

(A) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $200. Each day that the violation is permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense.

(B) Anyone found guilty of violation of §§ 159.115 through 159.122 of this chapter shall be fined not less than $100 or 30 days imprisonment, or both. Every day after the violation or infraction will result in a separate violation, compounded daily.
