§ 32.03 AUTHORITY FOR JOINT POWER AGENCY.
   Pursuant to state statute, the city, when necessary, may enter into a joint powers agreement with other law enforcement agencies to provide for police protection. Where such joint powers agreement is entered, the provisions of § 32.02(A) through (E) of this chapter, inclusive, shall be considered suspended during the term of any such contract.
