(A) The storage, collection and disposal of solid waste in the vacation home shall be accomplished so as to prevent fire and health hazards, rodent harborage, insect breeding, accidents and odor. The operator of a vacation home may be required to enter into a contract for regular collection with an approved hauler and may be required to show proof thereof.
(B) Leakproof, non-absorbent solid waste containers with tight-fitting lids shall be located not more than 200 feet from the vacation home and placed where renters can easily locate.
(C) Solid waste containers shall be screened from other activities by visual barriers, such as fences, walls or natural growth, and should be identified.
(D) Garbage removal shall be in accordance with city ordinances.
