§ 151.999 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code.

   (B)   Any person found in violation of §§ 151.001, 151.002 or 151.015 through 151.017 and 151.019 of this chapter shall be subject to a $50 fine. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense subject to additional imposition of fines in accordance with § 10.99 of this code.

   (C)   Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of § 151.018 of this chapter by failing to obtain a license as provided in § 151.018, or failing to properly construct or maintain any such structure as contemplated by § 151.018, commits a Class Two misdemeanor each day said violation continues.
