§ 151.101 TUNNELING UNDER PAVEMENT; BORING UNDER STREETS.
   Tunnels under pavement shall not be permitted, except by permission of the Director of Public Works or his or her designee, and if permitted, shall be adequately supported by timbering and backfilling under the direction of the Director of Public Works or his or her designee. Borings under city streets shall not be permitted, except by permission of the Director of Public Works or his or her designee.
