§ 151.092 ATTRACTIVE NUISANCES TO BE GUARDED.
   It shall be unlawful for the permittee to permit to remain unguarded any place of excavation or opening or any machinery, equipment or other device having the characteristics of an attractive nuisance likely to attract children and be hazardous to their safety or health.
