§ 151.066 RECORD OF CURB LINES AND GRADES; CONFORMANCE WITH RECORD.
   A record of curb lines and grades shall be maintained by the Director of Public Works or his or her designee, and any curb and gutter hereinafter installed or replaced within the city must conform to the established lines and grades recorded in the Public Works Department.
