§ 90.006 LIVESTOCK; LICENSING AND ZONING.
   (A)   No person shall keep, maintain, harbor, have in custody or under control or permit upon property owned or occupied by such person any livestock within the city, except as otherwise provided in this chapter.

   (B)   (1)   Any person wishing to keep any livestock on his or her property within the city shall first occupy an area specifically zoned for animal husbandry and submit an application to the city, or his or her designee, upon the form furnished by the City Finance Office.
      (2)   Applications shall set forth the legal description of the property, the area in square feet of the enclosure, the type and number of animals to be kept there and the means by which the animals will be confined.
