§ 90.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code.
   (B)   Violation of any section within this chapter, aside from §§ 90.050 through 90.055 of this chapter, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be penalized as provided in § 10.99 of this code. Each day’s violation, failure, refusal or neglect to comply with any provision of this chapter, except as set out otherwise, or regulation promulgated thereunder shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.

   (C)   Failure to license pets annually or upon acquisition as set out in § 90.004(F) of this chapter shall result in a fine of $25 and, in addition, the owner shall pay for license fees and required shots.

   (D)   It shall be unlawful for any person to interfere with, hinder or refuse to allow such person or persons as set out in § 90.053 of this chapter to enter upon private property for the purpose of abating a nuisance under § 90.053 and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than $500 or by imprisonment for not more than 30 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
