SCHEDULE III. TRUCK ROUTES.

   (A)   Routes. The routes shall be as follows:

      (1)   State Highway 34 within the city limits;

      (2)   State Highway 1806;

      (3)   U.S. Highway 14 and 83;

      (4)   Sale Barn, Stanley and Elevator Roads from Highway 14/34 to 83; and

      (5)   Waldron Street, Far West Avenue and the County Road, all south of Highway 14/34.

   (B)   Penalty. Any person in violation of any provision within this schedule shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be penalized as provided in § 70.99 of this code. Each day’s violation, failure, refusal or neglect to comply with any provision of this schedule or regulation promulgated thereunder shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
