SCHEDULE II. SCHOOL SAFETY ZONE AREAS.

   (A)   Areas designated. The designated school safety zone areas shall be:

      (1)   Main Avenue from Second Street to one-half the distance between State Highway 83 and Deadwood Street; and

      (2)   Second Avenue from Second Street to one-half of the distance between State Highway 83 and Deadwood Street.

   (B)   Penalty. Any person in violation of any provision within this schedule shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be penalized as provided in § 70.99 of this code. Each day’s violation, failure, refusal or neglect to comply with any provision of this schedule or regulation promulgated thereunder shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
