§ 53.25 METER TESTING AT CONSUMER’S REQUEST; DEPOSIT.
   Any owner or occupant of premises shall have the right, upon payment of a fee to the city as prescribed in Ch. 51 of this code, to have his or her water meter tested. The owner or occupant may be present at such test if he or she so desires. If the meter is found to be defective, the fee shall be returned.
