§ 35.23 AUTHORITY IN ABSENCE OF FIRE CHIEF.
   In the absence of the Fire Chief, the highest ranking member of the Fire Department available in person or by telephone contact shall have full authority to exercise any and all of the powers granted to the Fire Chief by this subchapter, with the exception of the powers granted by § 35.25.
