Any shrubs, trees, hedges or similar foliage located so as to be in violation of §§ 94.01 and 94.02 shall be removed from that location by the property owner or occupant of the property and the continued existence of the shrubs and the like in the location shall be deemed to be in violation of those sections herein prescribed. Each day that the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
