§ 94.02 PLANTING BETWEEN FIRE PLUG AND STREET OR SIDEWALK.
   No person shall plant or place shrubs and similar foliage at any location between the fire plug or fire hydrant and the sidewalk or street immediately in front of any residence in the city.
