§ 94.01 PLANTING NEAR FIRE PLUGS.
   (A) It is considered to be a fire hazard and an interference with the Fire Department to erect, plant, or place shrubs, trees, hedges and similar foliage within a close proximity of a fire plug or fire hydrant in the city.
   (B) No person shall plant or place shrubs and similar foliage within five feet of any fire plug or fire hydrant within the city.
