§ 50.30 DISCHARGE OF STORM WATER INTO SANITARY SEWER PROHIBITED.
   No person shall discharge or cause to be discharged any storm water, surface water, groundwater, roof run-off, subsurface drainage, cellar drainage of groundwater origin, cooling water, unpolluted water or drainage to or into any sanitary sewer, without the express written consent of the Director of the Public Works Department and the County Health Department.

§ 50.31 DISCHARGE OF SEWAGE INTO STORM SEWERS PROHIBITED.
   No person shall discharge or cause to be discharged into the storm sewers, any sanitary sewage, combinations of storm water and sanitary sewage, garbage, solid food wastes, leaves, trash, debris, water or other liquid containing solids or suspended solids.

§ 50.32 GREASE TRAPS OR INTERCEPTORS FOR SCHOOLS OR BUSINESSES.
   (A)   All business and school buildings within the corporate limits of the city in which there are in use any dish washing machines, scullery and pot sinks, steam cookers, or other fixtures discharging grease-laden waste shall be provided with approved grease traps or interceptors to prevent grease from entering any soil, waste or drain pipe.
   (B)   Grease traps or interceptors must be approved for design and application by the State Plumbing Inspector, and shall have a certified minimum grease retention efficiency of 90% and be sized in accordance with established standards to correspond with the type and flow rate of the fixture.
   (C)   Grease traps shall be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition and shall be cleaned at designated intervals necessary to ensure the exclusion of grease from the drainage system.

RATES AND CHARGES
§ 50.45 SEWER USER SERVICE CHARGES.
   (A)   There is hereby established and imposed the following sewer user service charges to be assessed all persons who are billed for water usage in the city.

   (B)   Water meter readings are to be made to the nearest 100 cubic feet.
   (C)   The imposition of the sewer user service charge shall terminate on November 30, 1997, as to sewer usage made after the date and the collection of the sewer user service charge based upon water usage after the date shall cease.

§ 50.46 BILLING; DELINQUENCY AND DISCONNECTION.
   (A)   The sewer user service charges shall be billed and collected under the terms of an agreement between the city and the Sanitation District No. 1 of Campbell and Kenton Counties, and all collection, charges, discounts, methods and manners of payment shall be in accord with the procedures and policies of the Sanitation District No. 1 of Campbell and Kenton Counties.
   (B)   The City Administrative Officer, or other officer or agent of the city in charge of the sewer system, shall cause to be discontinued or shut off the water service to the premises served when the sewer charges herein imposed are not paid and become delinquent as determined by the Sanitation District No. 1 of Campbell and Kenton Counties. Water service shall not be reinstated until the entire gross bill for the service is paid in full.
