10-24-7: FIRE SAFETY REQUIREMENTS:
Combination smoke and heat detectors, in proper working order, are required in each guest sleeping room. A fire extinguisher, in proper working order, is required on each floor. At least two (2) separate, remote exits are required for second and third floor guest rooms. (Ord. C-062, 8-21-1990)
