10-24-5: FOOD SERVICE AND ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE RESTRICTIONS:

Food service and alcoholic beverages are limited to overnight guests only. Any alcoholic beverages offered by the owner, operator, or agent thereof shall not be paid for by the guest(s) in any fashion, but shall be complimentary only. (Ord. C-062, 8-21-1990)
