A bed and breakfast establishment shall be defined as a residence which provides for overnight lodging and which serves only the breakfast meal to guests. The structure must be owner occupied or have a dwelling unit within, which will be the residence of the host or hostess or operator(s). (Ord. C-062, 8-21-1990)
