§ 2-11-10 SECRETARY.
   The Building Official or his or her designee shall act as Secretary to the Board and shall keep full and correct detailed records of the official proceedings of the Board and preserve all documents, books and papers relating to hearings and business conducted by the Board. Minutes of the Board’s proceedings shall include, without limitation, the vote of each member upon each question or item of business or, if absent or failing to vote, such fact.
