All uses are subject to the following conditions:
A. All uses shall conform to the District restrictions listed in this Section.
B. Business, production, processing or storage which takes place within one hundred fifty feet (150') of a residential district shall be completely enclosed with the exception of open storage which may be enclosed by a solid fence of at least eight feet (8') high.
However, open off-street loading facilities and open off- street parking of motor vehicles may be unenclosed throughout the District, except for such screening of parking and loading facilities as may be required under the provisions of Chapter 19 of this Title.
