The I-2 District is intended and designed to provide areas of the City for carrying on as permitted uses, all manufacturing and industrial activities which conform to the District regulations herein set out, with the exception of a small number of activities which by reason of certain undesirable characteristics are subject to Council approval under a special use permit. Any production, processing, cleaning, servicing, testing, repair or storage of materials, goods or products and any use permitted under the I-1 District is permitted in the I-2 District. (Ord.
