The following special uses are permitted in accordance with the provisions of this Section and Chapter 22 of this Title:
Automobile service stations.
Restaurants.
Gift shops.
Places of entertainment.
Confectionaries.
Drugstores.
Utilities, provided all principal structures and uses are not less than fifty feet (50') from any residential district lot line.
Public passenger transportation terminals, such as heliports, bus and rail depots, but not including airports, airstrips and landing fields; provided all principal structures and uses are not less than one hundred feet (100') from any residential district boundary.
Drive-in establishments serving food or beverages for consumption outside the structure.
Motels.
Undertaking establishments, provided all principal structures and uses are not less than twenty five feet (25') from any lot line.
Drive-in banks.
Tourist homes, provided such use is located on a State, trunk or U.S. numbered highway.
Vehicle sales, service, washing and repair stations, garages, taxi stands and public parking lots, provided any gas pumps are not less than thirty feet (30') from the side or rear lot lines and twenty feet (20') from any existing or proposed street line.
Any development within five hundred feet (500') of the existing or proposed right of way of freeways, expressways, interstate and controlled access trafficways and within one thousand five hundred feet (1,500') of their existing or proposed interchange or turning lane rights of way shall be deemed to be special uses and no structures shall be erected closer than one hundred feet (100') to these rights of way.
