10-13-5: YARD AREAS:
   A.   Front Yard: A front yard of not less than twenty feet (20').
   B.   Side Yards: Side yards of not less than six feet (6') on any one side with total combined side yards of not less than fifteen feet (15').
   C.   Rear Yard: A rear yard of not less than twenty feet (20'). (Ord. C-417, 5-3-2005)
