A. For one-family dwellings, the same regulations shall apply as required in the R-4 One-Family Dwelling District.
B. Every two-family dwelling hereafter erected shall have a minimum total floor area of six hundred (600) square feet per unit, measured from the outside of the exterior walls, including utility rooms, but excluding cellars, basements, open porches, breezeways, garages and other spaces that are not used frequently or during extended periods for living, eating or sleeping purposes.
C. Every multiple-family dwelling hereafter erected shall have a minimum total floor area of four hundred (400) square feet per unit, measured from the outside of the exterior walls, including utility rooms, but excluding cellars, basements, open porches, breezeways, garages and other spaces that are not used frequently or during extended periods for living, eating or sleeping purposes.
D. All multiple-family dwellings shall be served by parking lots and service drives with adequate provisions for exit, entry and turning movements. (Ord. B-39, 1969)
E. Every dwelling erected in any R-6 Multiple-Family Dwelling District shall have a minimum of twenty four feet (24') in building width. (Ord. C-340, 3-20-2001)
