A. Every one-family detached dwelling hereafter erected shall be located on a lot having an area of not less than ten thousand (10,000) square feet, and a minimum lot width at the established building line of not less than eighty feet (80').
B. On lots where septic tanks are proposed to be used, the lot size shall conform to the standards as set forth in subsection 10-6-5B of this title.
C. All nonresidential principal uses as permitted in this section shall be located on a tract of land having an area of not less than fifteen thousand (15,000) square feet with a minimum width of ninety feet (90') at the established building line. (Ord. B-39, 1969)
