10-6-5: LOT REQUIREMENTS:
   A.   Every one-family detached dwelling hereafter erected shall be located on a lot having an area of not less than twenty thousand (20,000) square feet and the minimum lot width shall be not less than one hundred feet (100') at the building line; provided each individual lot is served by public sewer and water supply.
   B.   On lots where septic tanks are proposed to be used, the soil condition of the site shall be reviewed by the City Engineer prior to granting approval for the installation of septic tanks.
   C.   All nonresidential principal uses of buildings as permitted in this Section shall be located on a tract of land having an area of not less than twenty thousand (20,000) square feet, with a minimum width of one hundred feet (100') at the established building line and shall be served by public sewer and water supply.
   D.   Minimum lot sizes for special uses shall be prescribed and conditions stipulated at the time a special use permit is authorized. All such uses shall be served by a public sewer and water supply. (Ord. B-39, 1969)
