10-6-4: HEIGHT OF BUILDINGS:
The maximum height of buildings permitted shall be as follows:
   A.   One-family detached dwellings - twenty five feet (25') or two and one-half (21/2) stories.
   B.   Churches - forty five feet (45') for the main structure and seventy five feet (75') for towers or steeples. (Ord. B-39, 1969)
