§ 11-3-5 MAINTENANCE BOND REQUIRED.
   The owner and subdivider of the land being platted shall be required to provide to the city proper maintenance bonds, satisfactory to the city, so as to ensure that for a period of two years from the date of acceptance of any improvement, the owner and subdivider shall be responsible to maintain the improvement in good repair.
