§ 11-3-1 IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED.
   The subdivider shall, at his or her expense, install and construct all improvements required by this title. All required improvements shall be installed and constructed in accordance with the design standards established for the improvements by the city, as shown on the approved preliminary plat.
